Preparing for your Session
To get the most out of your session, consider these tips:

-
Hydrate: Drink water before and after your massage to help flush out toxins and keep muscles relaxed.
-
Dress Comfortably: Wear loose clothing that’s easy to change out of. You’ll be draped appropriately for your comfort and privacy.
-
Arrive on Time: Aim to arrive a few minutes early so you can complete any paperwork and start your session relaxed and stress-free.
-
Avoid Heavy Meals: Try not to eat a large meal right before your session to stay comfortable on the table.
-
Communicate Your Needs: Let your therapist know about any areas of pain, tension, or medical concerns. Feedback helps us customize your session.
-
Plan for Aftercare: Consider scheduling a little quiet time after your session to rest and enjoy the benefits.
HSA, FSA & Insurance
I am not affiliated with any insurance provider and I do not do any medical coding or billing.
However I am able to process your HSA/FSA card for payment of services. BUT...you still need to be sure you can use your card for my services.

I recommend that you check with your insurance/HSA/ FSA provider to find out more about what your plan will cover, and what type of documentation you may need.

You may need to submit forms to your insurance company to apply for reimbursement payments. I can’t say that your insurance company will do this for you, but I recommend you give them a call anyway and find out what the procedure might be.

After each transaction/payment for service, you have the option to receive a receipt via text or email.
If you're using an HSA/FSA card as payment for services, an email receipt will be sent to you instantly after the card is successfully processed so that you have a record should your HSA/FSA company ask for documentation. Please have a valid email address updated on file with me.

Please keep your documentation, as retrieving records for you at the end of year is time-consuming and tedious for me, not to mention the busiest time of the year.
An administrative fee will be charged for retrieval of records.
